Ordered food via wee grill app at 5pm was given delivery time of 6:10pm. By 1834 I called to see if the order had left the shop yet, to be told the pizza had just went into the oven and wouldn’t be long.. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and was met with a touch of shock and the man repeated “but it’s already cooking”. I explained that I unfortunately I’d be leaving my house by 7pm.. my order was due to be delivery by 1810 not 7 which would most likely be the new time of my pizza had only just went in the oven. This isn’t the first time we’ve been met with order running ridiculously behind on delivery times, orders being different in size, changes in quality, orders being wrong! It’s a shame because this was always my go to takeaway couldn’t have raved about it more but recently gone down hill

20 minutes late being delivered Food was great as always though.

Ordered last night around 7.40 was saying delivered at 8.30 but no food arrived until 9.18. The food was terrible.

I would have given 5 stars as the food was fine - unfortunately there was no separate salad which I had ordered and paid for. I didn't make a fuss as it was nearly closing time when I ordered.

Was around 30 minutes later than delivery time stated, ordered a grill box, meat was dry and chewy, ordered kebab sauce and got the 2 sauces separately and had to mix it myself, used to be the best around for kebab meat but not now

Food was hot, fresh and really tasty but delivery was quoted as 40 mins and took 1 hour 50 mins. The restaurant staff were very apologetic and called me back with an update as promised when I called to find out where our food was.

Perfect meal, delicious. Delivery was over 40 mins late though, other than that, definitely recommend.

Staff were arguing I assume it was the manager telling the other staff they were doing things wrong but it wasn't pleasant to listen too and must have been hellish for the staff member shouldn't have to be spoken to that at work

Everything was great, food came hot and before delivery time. Unfortunately I could only eat half of my buttermilk chicken Mac wrap though. It was tasty but was spicey and because of that it did ruin it for me as I don’t do spicey food. My daughter loved it though!

It’s been a year or so since I last grabbed a burger from here but it’s just as good as I remember - delicious and was ready very quick!

Little bit longer needed on the peri chicken pizza but still really good pepperoni one, chilli and jalapeno one brilliant. 👌
